• Inactive Account: Accounts with no activity for more than 12 months may be marked as inactive. Contact support to reactivate.

• The primary account holder is responsible for ensuring that underage members of their household do not access ak99.

Anyone accessing ak99 from outside Bangladesh is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations of their own country. Online gaming is prohibited in certain jurisdictions — ak99 accepts no liability for the consequences of access from such locations.

• Bonus Abuse: If multiple accounts are opened to claim bonuses or any manipulation is detected, all bonuses and associated balances will be forfeited.

• Technical Error: If a system error causes incorrect odds or results to be displayed, ak99 reserves the right to restore the correct odds and outcomes.
• Match Fixing: If a match is found to be fixed or manipulated, all bets placed on that match will be voided.
• Maximum Win: A maximum win limit applies to single bets; the cap for each game is specified in its respective rules.

• Prohibited Activities: Placing bets using bots, automated software, algorithms, or scripts is strictly prohibited.

• Hacking: Any unauthorized attempt to access the system will be treated as a cybercrime and subject to legal action.
• Phishing & Scams: Defrauding other members, stealing personal information, or using a false identity are punishable offences.
